Throughout the Site, Policy, Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service, and Disclaimer Notice or any/all Agreements the terms โWeโ, โUsโ and โOurโ refer to Mr. Wash DFW Mobile Detailing. The terms โClientโ, โYouโ, and โYourโ refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Companyโs terms and conditions. The terms โThe Companyโ, โOurselvesโ, โMr. Wash Mobile Detailingโ, and โMr. Washโ refers to Mr. Wash DFW Mobile Detailing.
Mr. Wash offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our โServiceโ and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (โTerms of Serviceโ, โTermsโ), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Policies
- Mr. Wash does not operate in temperatures below 35 degrees. If the temperature is 45 degrees but "feels like" 30 degrees we cannot work. Water freezes at 32 degrees.
- We reserve the right to take a debit/credit cardโs details or send an electronic invoice through squareup.com to secure a booking or completed appointment.
- Bringing our services to you, we request you have a site (e.g. home, office, company parking lot) that you have permission to receive our services. We cannot perform any service on vehicles parked on public streets as it may be illegal and could compromise the safety of our team.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any requested appointment. We reserve the right to alter or move an appointment in line with staffing levels, weather conditions, and/or equipment failure.
- We possess a 24-Hour Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy. If for any reason you are unable to CONFIRM and/or KEEP your appointment, Mr. Wash requires a 24-Hour Cancellation/Rescheduling Notice. Failure to provide a 24-Hour Notice will result in a minimum charge of 25% of the service cost โ We not only lose your business but also the business of a potential client who could have booked an appointment during that appointment slot.
- Mr. Wash cannot wait longer than 20 minutes after having arrived for the appointment. Unless discussed beforehand and details have been worked out for us to obtain the vehicleโs keys, failure to be present will result in a minimum charge of 25% of the service cost.
- Square Refund Policy: A fee of 2.9% + 30ยข will be deducted from the total you pay. THIS IS A FEE CHARGED BY SQUARE.
- We reserve the right to charge a $100 non-refundable retainer if the customer has canceled and rescheduled multiple times.
- We reserve the right to decline a service if there are any hazardous materials present (e.g. urine, vomit, blood, and/or feces).
- Mr. Wash is not responsible for dash buttons, steering column buttons, and knobs losing their marking due to being heavily soiled, stained, or caked with dirt/grime/makeup.
- Mr. Wash is not to be held responsible for any mechanical or electrical problems when cleaning engine bays and sunroof/moonroof due to areas simply getting wet from washing/cleaning process.
- Mr. Wash is not responsible for baked-on brake dust that cannot be completely removed either from wheel surface or deep within the wheelโWe will do our best to restore the wheel but in this case, some are beyond cleaning & could take repairing or replacing.
- Any wax, sealant, or coating not properly cared for or not given correct curing time will not last itโs intended durability length.
- For your safety, please keep a safe distance of at least 10-15 feet away from our work area to avoid any trip or slip hazards.โIf you need to speak to your detail specialist, we request you do it from this distance.
- In the event we apply a Ceramic Coating to your vehicle(s) paint, trim, wheels, or glass and you choose to opt-out of being a Maintenance Protection Participant to care for the coating, Mr. Wash is no longer responsible for any premature coating failure.
- Mr. Wash is not permitted to perform any service if there is a firearm or any deadly weapon present inside of the vehicle. When calling to inform of arrival time, we will confirm this with you.
- Reimbursement will be paid for any major damage caused to your vehicle as a result of any employeeโs gross negligence or willful misconduct. Mr. Wash will approve the body shop and/or vendors before issuing any reimbursement.
- MAINTENANCE PROTECTION PAYMENT: You acknowledge that each Maintenance Plan is billed upon completion of service appointment and can be renewed annually. An invoice amount may be sent to the credit/debit card on file according to the Maintenance Package that was selected.
- Each client agrees to hold Mr. Wash, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from and against any/all liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorneyโs fees resulting from any service provided or injury AFTER our services/scheduled appointment is completed.
Terms of Service
- โOut of Areaโ Requirement: With our office being located in McKinney, a $300 minimum is required to travel to any requested appointment beyond a 40 mile radius.
- We have your permission to take pictures or video of your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold or given to any of third parties.
- All vehicles are subject to inspection before starting the service to identify areas that may need extra work that isnโt covered by advertised price. We possess an additional fee for extensive pet hair removal, heavily soiled interior, heavily soiled or muddy exterior, very dirty exterior (also if receiving paint correction).
- An ample amount of space to perform scheduled service, permission to be on-premises if you are not the owner, and a safe location as well as safe conditions to conduct service to your vehicle.
- You release Mr. Wash from any liability pertaining to your vehicle if you cannot be present upon completion of any service.
- You agree and authorize Mr. Wash to leave vehicle keys with a specified person, area of the vehicle, or location if you are unable to be present upon completion of any service. Mr. Wash shall not be held responsible for the vehicle in the event if it gets stolen or if keys get locked inside of the vehicle as a result of leaving them inside.
- You authorize Mr. Wash to operate the submitted vehicle(s) for the purposes of service, accommodation for space, inspection, or any other reasons deemed necessary.
- We will have the vehicleโs doors opened to clean the interior, doors, door jambs, and door seals which could cause the battery to drain. You release Mr. Wash from any liability the battery drain may cause.
- We will contact you the day before any scheduled appointment to confirm, give an estimated time of arrival, and make sure the weather is permitting.
- We will arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible. However, sometimes variables arise that can disrupt the daily schedule. Our safety will never be compromised by rushing/speeding to meet schedule. We will call and advise you of any changes beyond our control regarding arrival time.
- We will contact you on the day of the appointment if we are running late or ahead of schedule.
- Mr. Wash will neither install or remove any car seats or custom equipment from your vehicle. If you would like your car seat cleaned under, please have it removed prior to appointment.
- In the event a car seat is left in vehicle, we will still do our best to clean around the car seat but canโt promise your complete satisfaction.
- If the service is provided at your home residence, please make sure all vehicles that may be leaving are adjusted so we do not have to break down our setup to allow them to leave.
- A shaded or covered area will be required for a successful application of any Ceramic Coating. This should not be applied in direct sunlight due to risk of poor adhesion, dry spots from drying too fast, causing more discrepancies to the vehicleโs paint.
- If the weather is inclement during your appointment, Mr. Wash will automatically reschedule your service for the next available appointment at no extra cost.
Release of Liability
I (the Client) hereby agree that Mr. Wash DFW Mobile Detailing shall not be held liable for any mechanical condition or any pre-existing conditions such as dents, non-removeable scratches, & any other pre-existing damages to the vehicleโs interior and/or exterior. Mr. Wash DFW Mobile Detailing shall not be held liable for the loss or damage of articles/personal belongings left in vehicle due to a case of fire, theft, accident, or any other cause beyond Mr. Washโs control. It is my (the Client) responsibility to note any items that are fragile or may no longer be functional in cases the damage is not noticeable due to state of vehicle prior to detailing. I (the Client) release Mr. Wash DFW Mobile Detailing of any liability pertaining to the vehicle or any belongings are keys have been turned in and/or left the premises if I (the Client) cannot be present upon completion of appointment. I (the Client) understand that my vehicle will be cleaned at my own risk and it must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes and any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service and I (the Client) will have to present at least 2 diagnostics and/or price estimates to prove the damage was caused by Mr. Wash DFW Mobile Detailing
